Thank You

Well the 11^th Buddha Abides was a great success!

This year we represented 49 artists. With the sale of thirteen pieces and a few dozen T-shirts we made enough money to send $235 to both Tibetan Children’s Village and Santa Barbara Domestic Violence Solutions. Even though this is not a lot of money to most Americans, it can really help those in need of safe harbor and support our kid in India to complete his education.

This never could have happened without artists' participation. The submission fee they gave, the art they created and were willing to share, their joyous presence at the opening and of course the work sold all made it possible for us to be generous to our causes.

So, from the bottom of my heart I’d like to say to all the artists:

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

The beauty of our true nature is in us and surrounds us all day everyday. Within this radiance we are connected and all rise together.
